She was talking about spices and seasonings from South Korea, China, Indonesia and Italy. Korean Saeu-jeot was used for pickling kimchi and was said to be like salted Japanese squid, so I wanted to try it.

It was great to be able to make a presentation while looking at everyone. It was a good opportunity to learn about vinegar, a familiar seasoning, according to its purpose.
