Noodles

 ・Rina Aoki

She talked about spicy noodles such as tonkotsu ramen, Hiroshima okonomiyaki, and dandan noodles. She said that the Tantan-noodle shop called "Kamasei" was spicy but very delicious, so I definitely wanted to go there.

・Yu Tomiyama

She was talking about udon. It consists only of wheat, water, and salt, and it was nice to know about udon noodles from each prefecture, such as Tanuki udon noodles from Kagawa prefecture.

・Mutsumi Matsuda    

She was talking about udon. It wasn't until I heard her story that I knew it had been eaten since the Edo period.I was surprised to learn that Arakawa Udon uses larger and flat noodles than I usually eat.

・Kaho miyake

She was talking about ramen. She told me that she could then make a replacement for the noodles and that beef would be used for the dashi stock. She also wants to eat because she said she has a food called Shina soba in Kurume.

・Kotomi Honda

She was talking about udon. She explained in detail about the tail udon noodles in Kagawa prefecture, the hand towel udon noodles in Nagano prefecture, and the ise udon noodles in Mie prefecture, and I heard it for the first time.

・Nanaho Ishii

She was talking about udon, especially frozen udon. I found it to be a handy product because it only needs to be heated in the microwave for 3 minutes.The next time I went shopping, I wanted to buy it and eat it deliciously and easily.

・Narumi Toya

She was talking about instant noodles. Chicken ramen has been on sale since 1958, and I was surprised that it is eaten not only in Japan but also overseas such as the United States and Brazil.

・Natsuki Kurose

She was talking to her about her local Kagoshima ramen. The ramen shop she recommended, "Pig Toro," is very famous and I like it too, so I felt like going to eat when I returned to Kagoshima.

Your eyes were lively as you talked about Kagoshima Ramen, and I think it caught the audience's attention. Furthermore, you were speaking while asking questions to the audience, so the atmosphere was good as communication.

  3. I think you were good to speak with gestures and looking listeners. It will get wat you say across better if you rise your voice. You'll be able to get your point across better.

  4. I thought it was good that you talked a lot of contents. For example, ramen king contests, the ingredients of Kagoshima's ramen, and your recommended shops. I had heard the stories for the first time, so I was interested in them and I was glad to know. I haven't been Kagoshima yet, so I want to go there and try it someday.
